The patties are prepared by sautéing shallots, garlic, and fennel, mixing with wild rice and sausage, then formed into patties and fried until browned. cup cooked wild rice
Instructions
1: Sauté shallots, garlic, and fennel in grape seed oil. 2: Add mushrooms and cook until browned. 3: In a food processor, blitz the shallot/mushroom mix until coarsely chopped. 4: Add cooked wild rice to the processor and pulse until grains are broken but still noticeable. 5: Combine shallot/rice mix in a bowl with sausage, grated green apple, and dried tarragon. 6: Mix everything well and form into patties. 7: Fry half of the patties until browned and crispy. 8: Freeze remaining patties between waxed paper sheets.View original recipe
