Wild Rice Pilaf

What you need

tbsp kosher salt

shallot
cup wild rice

celery

cup dried cranberries

tbsp cooking oil

tsp dried tarragon

bunch scallion

oz mushroom

tbsp soy sauce

cup nuts

cup peas
Instructions
1: Heat oil/butter in a pan over medium-high heat. 2: Add shallots, celery, mushrooms, tamari, and tarragon. Season with salt. 3: Sauté until tender and mushrooms brown slightly. 4: Add toasted nuts (reserving some for garnish) and dried cranberries. Fry briefly. 5: Mix in cooked rice and peas. 6: Remove from heat and serve garnished with chopped, toasted nuts.View original recipe
