What you need

tsp honey

tsp active dry yeast

parsley
tbsp unsalted butter

tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
Instructions
1: Whisk together the yeast, honey, and 2 1/2 cups lukewarm water in a large bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes until bubbles and foam appear. 2: Add flour and salt, stir until it forms a rough dough. Mix in garlic and Calabrian chili paste. 3: Pour 4 tbsp olive oil into the bowl and turn the dough to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and allow to rise until doubled (about a couple hours). 4: Butter a 13x9” baking pan and plop the dough into it, pressing it to fit. Cover and let rise until doubled again. 5: Preheat oven to 450°F. Lightly oil your hands and press into the dough with fingertips, leaving dimples behind. Drizzle with 1 tbsp olive oil, sprinkle with flaky salt, and press parsley and tomato skins into the dough to look like roses. 6: Bake until golden brown all over, about 20 minutes. Remove, let cool, and enjoy!View original recipe
