1: Preheat oven/air fryer to 400° F. 2: Soak the cut fries in a bowl of water for 20-30 min and then dry completely. 3: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. 4: In a large bowl or ziplock bag, add the dry potatoes, oil, garlic powder, and herb powder. Add about 1/2 tsp salt and mix to coat evenly. 5: Spread the seasoned fries onto the prepared baking tray. 6: Bake for about 20 minutes, turning the fries after about 10 minutes. 7: Once the fries begin to take on color, turn on the broiler/grill function and cook another 5-10 minutes or until crispy. 8: Remove from oven and sprinkle lightly with kosher salt.View original recipe
