Instructions
1: In a clay pot, heat ghee over medium heat. 2: Add garlic and ginger paste, and sauté until fragrant. 3: Mix in sliced green chilies and diced tomatoes; cook until soft. 4: Add the boiled and cubed potato along with turmeric and red chili powder. 5: Stir in the Briyani Masala, yogurt, and soaked basmati rice. 6: Pour in the rinsed chickpeas and mixed diced vegetables. 7: Add warm milk and saffron, then stir gently to combine. 8: In a separate pot, boil water and add spices for seasoning. 9: Add water to the clay pot, adjust the seasoning, and bring to a boil. 10: Seal the pot with a dough made of flour and water and cook on low heat for about 45 minutes. 11: Once cooked, fluff the Briyani gently and garnish with mint and cilantro before serving.View original recipe
