What you need

oz pasta

tbsp garlic

tsp black pepper

cup onion

cup heavy cream

cup fresh corn kernels

tbsp butter

tbsp kosher salt

tsp turmeric

oz parmesan cheese

oz pancetta

tbsp smoked paprika
Instructions
1: Cook pasta and pancetta. Set aside. 2: Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Sauté onions until translucent. Add garlic, smoked paprika, and turmeric; cook for 1-2 minutes. Add corn and butter; sauté for 4-5 minutes. 3: Stir in heavy cream and simmer for a couple of minutes. 4: Blend corn mixture until smooth, adding reserved pasta water if needed. Strain through a fine mesh sieve, discarding pulp. 5: Combine pasta with corn sauce, adjusting consistency with reserved pasta water if needed.
