1: Cook sticky rice in the rice cooker. 2: In a bowl, combine drained tuna, soy sauce, Japanese Mayo, sriracha, and chopped chives to make the spicy tuna mix. 3: Spread the cooked rice on a baking sheet to cool down. 4: Take a small handful of rice, roll it into a ball, and flatten it. 5: Add a couple tablespoons of the spicy tuna mix and cover it with more rice. 6: Shape the onigiri as desired (triangles preferred). 7: Cut nori into thirds and wrap around each onigiri.View original recipe
