Instructions
1: Cook 1 cup of jasmine rice and 1/2 cup of quinoa with 3 cups of water in a rice cooker. 2: Once cooked, mix in mirin, rice seasoning, black sesame seeds, and white sesame seeds. 3: Add diced fried spam to the rice mixture. 4: In a separate bowl, mix Kewpie mayo, sriracha, soy sauce, toasted sesame oil, and honey. 5: Combine 2-3 tablespoons of the mayo mixture with the rice and spam mix until well combined. 6: Shape the rice mixture into onigiri and wrap with a small piece of seaweed.View original recipe
