Spaghetti and Meatball Muffins

A family favorite dish made easier with frozen turkey meatballs. These spaghetti and meatball muffins are hearty and fun to eat, perfect for meal prep!

box spaghetti

bunch basil

tsp italian seasoning

tbsp chili paste

Instructions
1: In a medium pot, add the pasta sauce and frozen meatballs. Place over medium heat and simmer until the meatballs are cooked through. Set aside. 2: In a large mixing bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, pasta sauce, Calabrian chili paste (if using), beaten egg, 1.5 cups shredded cheese, and julienned basil. Mix well to combine. 3: Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray or oil. 4: Fill each muffin tin with the spaghetti mixture until almost to the top, shaping the spaghetti as needed. 5: Top each spaghetti muffin with a cooked meatball. Spoon over some extra sauce and top with the remaining cheese, adding more if desired. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the top. 6: Bake at 415°F for about 15 to 20 minutes or until brown and slightly crispy. 7: Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before removing from the muffin tin.View original recipe
