Instructions
1: Cut 6 leftover idlis into 6-8 pieces and set aside. 2: In a bowl, combine ginger paste, garlic paste, coriander powder, garam masala, black pepper powder, red chili powder, turmeric, and salt to taste. 3: Mix the marinade together and toss in the idli pieces. Gently stir to coat. 4: Heat oil for deep frying. 5: Once the oil is hot, fry the idli pieces in batches until they are crispy and golden brown. 6: Remove from oil onto a paper towel lined plate to drain excess oil. 7: Garnish with chaat masala and chopped coriander leaves, if desired. 8: Serve with ketchup, spicy ketchup, or the chutney of your choice.View original recipe
