Saffron Risotto with Parmesan Chicken

oz parmesan cheese
tsp cream

chicken breast
tbsp italian seasoning
tsp salt

cup bread crumbs
Instructions
1: Pat the chicken dry and coat with a small amount of olive oil. 2: Season the chicken with salt and pepper. 3: Brush a teaspoon of cream on the top of each breast. 4: Press a mixture of breadcrumbs, Italian seasoning, and grated Parmesan onto the cream-covered chicken. 5: Air fry at 380°F for around 18-20 minutes or until browned and cooked through.View original recipe
