Instructions
1: Heat ghee or oil in a pot, add Shan garlic and ginger paste. 2: Add fresh green chilies and tomatoes; cook until soft. 3: Stir in the boiled and cubed potato, and add turmeric and chili powder. 4: Mix in Shan Biryani Masala and yogurt, and stir well. 5: Add soaked basmati rice and chickpeas. 6: Pour in water and salt as required; bring to a boil. 7: Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes on low heat until rice is fully cooked. 8: Serve with raita and crispy fried onions.View original recipe
