A nostalgic 90's school lunch pizza recipe that's easy to make with a unique pourable crust topped with tomato sauce, cheese, and seasonings.

What you need

tsp active dry yeast
tsp dried oregano

tsp black pepper
tbsp vegetable oil

tbsp sugar

tsp dried basil

cup water

tsp dried marjoram

oz tomato paste

tbsp cornmeal

cup shredded mozzarella
cup warm water

tbsp dried onion

tsp dried thyme

tsp salt

cup all purpose flour

cup milk powder
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 475°F. Mix yeast and warm water, let sit for 5 minutes. 2: In a stand mixer, combine flour, dry milk, sugar, and salt; mix to combine. 3: Add yeast mixture and oil, then mix for 10 minutes. 4: Coat a sheet pan with oil and cornmeal, spread dough evenly (let rest if needed). 5: Par-bake the crust for 10 minutes, then set aside. 6: Meanwhile, simmer tomato paste, water, and seasonings until thickened, about 10 minutes. 7: Add 1 ½ cups cheese to crust, spread sauce over, then top with remaining cheese and desired toppings. 8: Bake for 10-15 minutes until golden.View original recipe
