Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 2: Cut thawed puff pastry into 4” squares and give ‘em a fancy border. 3: Slice peaches thickly and coat ‘em in spiced sugar. 4: Place the spiced up peach in the center of the pastry, brush with jam, and fold the corners in. 5: Optional: Brush with egg white or milk for extra pizzazz, sprinkle with more spiced sugar, and pop ‘em in the oven for 12-15 minutes. 6: Voila!
