box pancake mix

cup milk
egg
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 350º F. 2: Mix pancake mix, water/milk, eggs, cardamom, and maple syrup together in a medium bowl. 3: Line a muffin tin and fill halfway with batter. Add 1/2 tbsp of mix-ins, then top with more batter, filling 2/3 full and adding another 1/2 tbsp of mix-ins on top. 4: Bake for 12-15 mins until lightly browned and baked through (check with a toothpick). 5: Cool and store in the fridge for up to 5 days or freeze. 6: To reheat, microwave for 10-20 seconds or use a toaster oven.View original recipe
