What you need

white onion

tbsp olive oil

basil leaves
clove garlic
Instructions
1: Add oil into the Foodi NeverStick sauté pan and place over medium-high heat. 2: Once the oil is hot, add the diced onion and cook for a couple of minutes until it begins to soften but not brown. 3: Add the garlic and chili paste (if using). Cook for an additional minute. 4: Stir in the diced tomatoes, then add the vegetable stock and basil leaves. 5: Taste and add salt as needed. 6: Add the pasta into the center of the pan, covering it with the liquid. Break it in half if it doesn't fit. 7: Bring the liquid to a boil and then cover the pan. Allow to cook for 6-8 minutes, depending on the pasta type. 8: Once the pasta is done, add the parmesan cheese and stir to mix. Adjust salt if needed.View original recipe
