Mushroom Orzo

What you need

clove garlic

cup onion
tbsp fresh tarragon

tsp ground black pepper

tbsp kosher salt

tsp chicken bouillon
cup orzo

mushroom

cup water

cup cooking oil
Instructions
1: Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté onions until soft, then add garlic and mushrooms. 2: Once mushrooms brown (about 5 mins), add almonds and chicken bouillon, if using. Stir in orzo and toast for 2-3 mins. 3: Pour water, bring to a boil, then simmer covered for 10 mins.
