Making yogurt at home is easy and inexpensive. It requires just whole milk and yogurt with live cultures. The process involves heating the milk, cooling it, and mixing in the yogurt before letting it set in a warm oven overnight.

Instructions
1: Whisk the yogurt until smooth. 2: Gently heat the milk until it just comes to a boil and remove any skin that forms. 3: Allow the milk to cool to about 125°F. 4: Whisk in the 1/4 cup of yogurt once the milk is cooled. 5: Pour the mixture through a strainer into a clean glass container. 6: Turn off the oven but keep the oven light on and place the yogurt in the oven. 7: Close the door and let it set for 6-8 hours, or overnight. 8: Once set, refrigerate and enjoy your yogurt.View original recipe
