What you need

tbsp butter

tsp ground nutmeg

pepper

lb farfalle pasta

salt

cup heavy cream
fresh sage leaves
Instructions
1: Cook Farfalle pasta according to package directions. Reserve 1 cup of the cooking liquid. 2: Heat butter over medium heat until it begins to brown. 3: Toss in half of the fresh sage leaves and garlic; sauté until soft and fragrant. 4: Add pumpkin, heavy cream and nutmeg. Simmer until slightly thickened. 5: Mix in parmesan and stir to combine. 6: Add the pasta to the pan and thin the sauce with reserved pasta water as needed. 7: Serve immediately with additional parmesan and sage for garnish.View original recipe
