Instructions
1: Drain the water from the extra firm tofu and wrap it in paper towels or clean kitchen towels. Place something heavy on top to remove excess moisture. 2: Slice the tofu block into 12 thin pieces and coat with corn starch. 3: Heat a couple of tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat. 4: Sprinkle the tofu slices with salt right before cooking. 5: Fry the tofu in batches, making sure not to crowd the pan, and flip to cook both sides until lightly browned and crisp. 6: Remove the cooked tofu to a plate and set aside. 7: In a bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, mirin, toasted sesame oil, gochujang, red chili powder, honey, and water, and set aside. 8: In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and once hot, add the thinly sliced scallions, minced garlic, and minced ginger. 9: Stir fry briefly and then add the reserved sauce to the pan, mixing well with the vegetables.View original recipe
