cup powdered sugar

pinch kosher salt

cup bourbon

tbsp cocoa powder

1: In the bowl of a food processor, add the cookie crumbs and ground pecans. 2: Add the powdered sugar, cocoa powder, bourbon, honey, and black cardamom powder (if using). 3: Toss in a pinch of kosher salt. 4: Process until the mixture comes together and forms a dough. 5: If the dough is too wet to form balls, add more cookie crumbs or ground pecans. 6: Roll the dough into tablespoon-sized balls and then roll in powdered sugar to coat. 7: Shake off excess powdered sugar and set aside. 8: Continue until all your dough is rolled. 9: Optionally, top the balls with melted tempered chocolate or dust with cocoa powder.View original recipe
