cup cooked rice

tsp salt

tsp cumin seed

Instructions
1: Heat oil in a large fry pan over medium heat. Once the oil is hot, add in the cumin seeds (if using). 2: When the cumin seeds begin to sizzle, add in the onion and green pepper. 3: When the onion and pepper have softened, turn the heat to high and add rice. Fry for a minute before adding a can of beans (with liquid). 4: Add chicken bouillon (if using), salt, and pepper to taste. 5: Stir constantly until all liquid has evaporated.
