What you need

marshmallow fluff

oz cream cheese

tsp salt

tbsp butter

tsp vanilla extract

cup sour cream

cup graham cracker crumbs

cup heavy cream

cup granulated sugar
Instructions
1: Mix graham cracker crumbs and butter together until it feels like wet sand. 2: Press firmly into a pie dish or springform pan. 3: Chill for 15–30 minutes before filling, or bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes for a toasted flavor. 4: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese with sugar, salt, and vanilla until smooth. 5: Add sour cream and mix well. Set aside. 6: Place chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth. 7: Pour the melted chocolate into the cream cheese mixture and beat just until combined. 8: Add heavy cream and stir or mix on low until the filling is smooth and creamy. 9: Pour the filling into the prepared graham cracker crust and spread it into an even layer. 10: Sprinkle with graham cracker crumbs. 11: Pipe or spoon marshmallow fluff over the top and gently toast with a kitchen torch. 12: Drizzle with ganache if desired. 13: Refrigerate for at least 4 hours (overnight is best) until set and sliceable.View original recipe
