Spicy Sausage & Mushroom Stuffing Muffins

A festive twist on traditional stuffing, these muffins are baked in muffin tins for the perfect combination of crunch on the outside and tender inside, featuring spicy sausage and earthy mushrooms for added flavor.

What you need

tsp salt

pepper

cup chicken stock

tbsp butter
fl oz gravy

box stuffing mix

lb ground sausage

oz mushroom
egg
Instructions
1: Preheat oven to 375°F. Heat oil in a skillet, cook sausage until browned. 2: Add mushrooms, cook 4-5 mins until browned. 3: Stir in butter, then add stuffing mix & chicken stock. Mix well. 4: Let the stuffing absorb the liquid, then remove from heat. Taste and season with salt & pepper, if needed. 5: Cool for 5 mins, then stir in eggs. 6: Scoop mixture into muffin tin, making a small indent, using the back of a spoon, for gravy. 7: Bake for 25-30 mins until crispy on top. 8: Serve with gravy (highly recommended) or enjoy as-is!View original recipe
