Deliciously flaky biscuits made with sausage and cheddar cheese, perfect for breakfast or a snack. These biscuits are baked until lightly browned and are easy to prepare.

1: Preheat oven to 425°. 2: Whisk together flour, salt, baking powder and sugar. Then add butter and blend together with a pastry blender or fork until crumbly. 3: Add milk and quickly stir until well mixed. 4: Turn the dough onto a lightly floured surface and pat into a thick rectangle. 5: Fold into thirds and roll again. 6: Add sausage to center and fold into thirds one more time. 7: Roll until 3/4” thick. 8: Cut biscuits and place bottom side up in cast iron pan. 9: Brush the tops lightly with milk and bake for 15-20 minutes until lightly browned and cooked through.
