1: Preheat the oven to 225°F. 2: Place pork in a baking dish in a single layer. 3: Toss in the bone for extra flavor if desired. 4: Add onion quarters, garlic, dried chilies, and spices around the pork. 5: Sprinkle orange zest, coriander powder, salt, and pepper over the meat. 6: Squeeze orange juice over the pork and tuck in the orange rinds. 7: Pour oil over the ingredients, cover with foil, and bake for 3.5 hours. 8: After baking, remove aromatics and whole spices with tongs and discard. 9: Shred the pork and strain the broth, reserving it for other uses. 10: Place shredded pork in the air fryer and air-fry at 425°F for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned.
