A delicious wild rice pilaf made with hand-harvested Minnesota wild rice, perfect for Thanksgiving or as a side with rotisserie chicken.

1: Heat oil/butter in a pan over medium-high heat. 2: Add shallots, celery, mushrooms, tamari, and tarragon. Season with salt. 3: Sauté until tender and mushrooms brown slightly. 4: Add toasted nuts (reserving some for garnish) and dried cranberries. Fry briefly. 5: Mix in cooked rice and peas. 6: Remove from heat and serve garnished with chopped, toasted nuts.
