A delicious paneer-mushroom malai rice bowl, served with cumin rice, kuchumber style salad, and a Raita inspired yogurt sauce. Minimal effort required for a satisfying meal, perfect for busy days. The rice is made in a rice cooker with ghee, cumin, black cardamom, and a bay leaf, while the paneer and mushrooms are marinated and cooked, deglazed with coconut milk.

1: Cook sona masoori rice in a rice cooker with ghee, cumin, black cardamom, and a bay leaf. 2: Marinate paneer in @sabauce. 3: Cook marinated paneer with mushrooms and deglaze with coconut milk. 4: Stir in kasoori methi and fresh cilantro. 5: For the salad, julienne radish and dice cucumber and red onion.
