1: Preheat oven to 400°F. Line the sheet pan with parchment or a baking mat, and place biscuits in a single layer. Sprinkle with ground pistachios. Set aside. 2: Melt the butter and jaggery together in a medium saucepan. Add cardamom and salt to taste. Bring to a boil then lower heat & simmer for an additional 3 minutes, watching so it doesn't burn. 3: Remove from heat, stir in vanilla and shredded coconut. Pour over biscuits and spread. 4: Bake for 5 minutes. 5: Remove from oven, top with chocolate chips and pop into warm oven for 1 minute to melt. 6: Spread chocolate evenly over the biscuits, top with coconut & pistachios. Chill until firm, then break into pieces.
